SeaShadows (Rivages, in French), another Beside Productions project making use of Europe’s state-of-the-art water stage at Lites, just outside Brussels.
SeaShadows is a series produced by Mintee Productions and Thalie Images (Asacha Group), in co-production with Beside Productions, and directed by David Hourrègue based on a script by Jonathan Rio and Monica Rattazzi.
Although primarily shot in Normandy, the production required underwater sequences. Naturally, the French producers turned to Beside Productions to finance and coordinate this part of the shoot. Beside Productions handled the Belgian shooting days at Lites water stage, a familiar location where Beside shot projects annually from 2021 to 2025.
SeaShadows aired on prime time on France 2 (France Televisions) in January 2025.
